  • Registrations will be accepted by mail (checks only please) and Paypal.
    Registration Options
  • To enroll, please print out the Registration Form pdf and mail it to the address on form with your payment if paying by check. If paying through Paypal, please print out the Registration Form pdf, write PAYPAL in the payment area and mail to the address on the form.
  • Please make all checks payable to Music Play, LLC .
  • Please be sure to write your child’s name in the memo portion of the check.
